We do not sell your data. Limited sharing occurs with: payment processors, photo labs/printers (for fulfillment), and service providers like Squarespace/Google (bound by contracts). Client photos appear in portfolios/social media only as permitted above. No sharing to US/other countries without safeguards.

Storage and Security
Data is stored securely on our office hard drive with password protection and backups. We use reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Retention
We retain personal information indefinitely as it becomes the property of Guelph Grad Photos for business records, portfolio use (as permitted), and legal/tax purposes.

Your Rights Under PIPEDA
You have the right to:

  • Request corrections if inaccurate.

  • Withdraw consent (where applicable, affecting future use).

  • Request deletion (subject to legal retention needs).
