Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery

All digital photos are delivered once the full balance has been paid. Upon payment, you will receive a Microsoft SharePoint link to download your complete photo folder.

Your photos will be available for download for 60 days from the date of delivery. After that, they will be archived. Please make sure to download your photos at your earliest convenience.

⚠️ Guelph Grad Photos is not responsible for retaining photos beyond the 60-day window.

Physical Products

For orders that include physical products such as prints, degree frames, or merchandise, items will be shipped by mail within up to 14 business days after the full balance has been paid.
